What terms and conditions apply?
- When you become a N.O.W. member, you automatically become bound by the Collector rules that set out the terms on which you participate and how you can earn and use points.
- The Collector rules incorporate our policy on privacy and data protection which sets out the information collected through the N.O.W. Programme we hold on you, who it will be shared with and how it will be used.
- When you register with N.O.W. you can choose between various options as to the use of information collected through the N.O.W. Programme. Your options can be checked and changed at any time by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Edit Details’. (Please note, these options do not affect any other data, such as data which participating companies may collect from other sources, eg via their website. If you have any concerns about the use of such data, please contact the relevant participating company directly).
- The N.O.W. cookie policy helps us to identify whether you have visited our site before and helps us personalise our service to you. It also explains how you can opt out of this particular service.
- When you redeem your points for a reward (other than for a reward offered through N.O.W. to your door) your agreement is with the supplier of the reward and will be subject to their terms and conditions. We make arrangements for points to be redeemed and this is subject to the terms and conditions that appear on the relevant page (when available and current) in the spend points section of this website detailing each specific reward.
- If you choose to donate your points to our charity of choice - full terms and conditions will apply upon notification of such choice.
- When you use this website, you are subject to our terms of access for its use.
- N.O.W points collecting is limited to 900 members and a maximum of 1000 points per member. See below for terms relating to membership compliance.
Privacy policy
Policy on privacy and data protection
When you register with N.O.W. you can choose between various options as to the use of information collected through the N.O.W. Programme. Your options can be checked and changed at any time by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Edit Details’.
These options do not affect any other data, such as data participating partners may collect from other sources e.g. via their website. If you have concerns about the use of such data, please contact the relevant participating company directly.
This is Tomorrow’s Business Limited policy on information collected through the N.O.W. programme. It is part of the Collector Rules and Primary Collectors are responsible for ensuring that Additional Collectors on their accounts are aware of its terms. Primary Collectors and Additional Collectors (‘you’) will provide information on a registration form or other communication with us and when you give details to earn or redeem points, the participating company in question will record in its database the details of the transaction on which those points are earned or redeemed. Any of this information may be used by, and shared between us and participating companies* where necessary to operate the N.O.W. programme (for example, so that you can redeem your points or to help us prevent abuse of the programme).
Information regarding the specific goods or services you buy from a particular participating company will not be passed to us or any other participating company except where required to operate the N.O.W. programme. A participating company with whom you redeem an offer may use information about the specific goods or services which you purchase from it to market to you or to update a database on which you already appear and will be entitled to do this even if they leave the N.O.W. programme.
Any information (including your name and address) that does not relate to specific goods or services that you buy (for example, the number of points you earn every month) may be used by us to analyse where and how you use the N.O.W. programme. We may also use that information, and share it with participating companies so they can use it to select and send you offers (which may include bonus offers) which we or they believe are likely to interest you. Participating companies may use and analyse that information to market their services to you outside the N.O.W. programme.
One of the benefits of participating in N.O.W. is that, on the basis referred to above, we and participating companies* may use information about you to send you details of offers, promotions and products. You can choose between various options as to the use of information collected through the N.O.W. Programme. If you:
- Do not want to receive information on offers and promotions (including special points offers) from us.
- Do not want to receive information on special offers, marketing and other information directly from our partners.
*View a list of participating companies (which for these purposes include all companies in the same legal group).
You can check and change your data choices by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Edit Details’.

Points collection rules
Please note: NOW members may no longer collect points.
- These Rules (including our Policy on Privacy and Data Protection) govern the collection and use of Points and set out the terms of the contract between Tomorrow’s Business Limited (“us/we”) and each Primary Collector. A Primary Collector can register with the N.O.W. Points collection programme (“N.O.W. membership”) by registering on the nationalofficeweek.com website and can then earn Points in various ways. We may refuse a membership for any good reason, but particularly if your company or your role within the office would not benefit from membership.
- We will set up a N.O.W. account to record Points earned or redeemed by each Primary Collector.
- All Primary Collectors must have a limited company address in the UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man. Changes of address must be notified to us via your ‘change your data’ option. Primary Collectors must be over 18.
- N.O.W. has partners through whom you may also earn Points. We award Points when one of our partners tells us a Primary Collector has undertaken a relevant activity to earn points. N.O.W. partners are companies with whom a Primary Collector can redeem Points to obtain goods and services or discounts (“Rewards”). These participating companies may change - an up to date list of partners and Suppliers is available from us at any time. Partners determine the particular transactions on which Points can be earned and the number of Points to be earned. There is a set number of Points needed to obtain a Reward. Each of these will change but in most cases there will be a base offer with further bonus offers that come and go. We cannot control every specific change in the participating companies or their offers but we will ensure that while N.O.W. is in operation a range of offers is available.
- All Rewards are subject to availability. Transactions on which Points are earned or redeemed are made directly with the relevant Partner or Supplier and we have no responsibility for the delivery, standard, quality or otherwise of any goods and services received or supplied or the failure of a Supplier to honour a redemption or make a specific Reward available. These transactions and all Rewards are subject to all applicable legal rules and the terms and conditions (including booking requirements, cancellation restrictions, return conditions, warranties and limitations of liability) of the Partner or Supplier. When Points are redeemed we may act as intermediary between the relevant Primary Collector and the Supplier and we will do what we can to ensure such Rewards are supplied by the relevant Supplier. Our General Rewards Conditions will apply to any Rewards booked with us or directly with the Supplier and these are available from us.
- Points cannot be redeemed until credited to your N.O.W. statement. Partners will take different periods to notify us of Points to be credited (e.g. Points on use of a partner survey for instance may only be notified to us monthly). We are not responsible for a failure, delay or error by a Partner notifying us of Points to be credited.
- Points have an expiry date of January 31st 2008 and are lost if the relevant N.O.W. programme is closed or the N.O.W. programme ends. Where Points are redeemed for a Voucher carrying a specified discount or benefit, the Voucher will have an expiry date specified on it and will be subject to any other terms and conditions stated on the Voucher or otherwise publicised.
- Redeemed Points cannot be used again. If a transaction on which Points are issued or redeemed is cancelled, reversed or not completed, we will reverse the associated Points movement when instructed by the relevant Partner or Supplier. If insufficient Points are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, Rewards may be refused or cancelled.
- A Primary Collector who continues to collect will get a regular update of the Points position as we know it on the date we issue the update in respect of his/her N.O.W. programme including the Points collected and redeemed by such Primary Collector. Account information is also available from us and an Primary Collector can access the Points balance in respect of a N.O.W. programme and details of the Points earned or redeemed by him/her. We will correct a N.O.W. points programme if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be wrong but, unless there are clear records showing this, our decision is final.
- Points are personal to your N.O.W. company programme and cannot be transferred should you leave that company. However, you can close the account and re-open another and build your points back up again via the same route. You can transfer your company points over to your replacement, and this is to be done via your ‘change your data’ options.
- Points have no cash value.
- All Rewards redeemed on a N.O.W. Account which are sent by post will be sent to the latest address we have for the Primary Collector.
- Our Policy on Privacy and Data Protection (which is part of these Rules) sets out the information that we will gather on Primary Collectors, how a Primary Collector uses his/her N.O.W. programme and earns and redeems Points, how this information will be used and who it may be shared with. It is included on every registration form, on certain other materials we publish and is available from us. We will comply with our Privacy Statement - every Primary Collector should read it carefully. If a Primary Collector notifies us that they do not wish to receive marketing information from us or be contacted by us for promotional purposes in connection with N.O.W. and/or by participating companies we will comply with such request and pass on any relevant request to participating companies. If for any reason we need to transfer personal information outside the European Union for a specific purpose, we will ensure that it is treated to UK standards.
- We may close any N.O.W. membership on which no Points have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of at least 12 months. We may also, on notifying the Primary Collector, immediately suspend or terminate the rights of any Primary Collector, and/or close any relevant N.O.W. membership, if they breach these Rules, if we reasonably believe that they have dealt with Points in a manner not permitted by these Rules or any applicable Partner’s terms and conditions, if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, any Partner or Supplier, if they supply false or misleading information to us or if they are abusive or offensive to any member of our staff. A Collector can close his/her N.O.W. membership at any time by notifying us. If a N.O.W. membership is closed, rather than transferred everyone’s rights to redeem Points from that N.O.W. programme are lost.
- We may make changes to these Rules and will give the Primary Collector as much notice as we reasonably can. Earning or redeeming Points on N.O.W. membership will constitute acceptance of the revised Rules. We may suspend or terminate the N.O.W. programme but will give as much notice as we reasonably can before we do so. If this happens all N.O.W. memberships will be suspended or terminated. If we sell or transfer N.O.W. to another company we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Rules without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all information we hold about Primary Collectors to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of such Primary Collectors in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.
- Our only responsibilities with respect to N.O.W. are set out in these Rules which are subject to English law. We will only be liable to a Primary Collector who suffers loss as a result of our breach of these Rules and, if so, our sole liability will be to credit to the relevant N.O.W. Account any Points which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. These Rules shall not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These Rules prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
