The world’s leading stapling and hole punch company. The Rapid brand signifies high quality, innovation and user-friendliness.
In the autumn of 1936, a small company opened a modest workshop in Hestra, Sweden. Thus started Isaberg Rapid, long since recognised as the world-leading specialist in staplers and staples.
The company went on to expand its manufacturing base, and its operations are now divided into three business areas, all under the Rapid brand name. These areas are Office (staplers, stapling pliers, staples and hole punches for offices and homes), OEM (mainly staplers and staples for use in copying machines), and Tools (manual, electric and pneumatic tackers, glue guns, hot air guns, staples and glue sticks).
Today, Rapid is the world leading specialist in all these fields. It has its own manufacturing facilities with their own R&D departments in Sweden, France and China. It has sales companies around the world, and its products are marketed in more than 140 countries. The company’s head office is still located in Hestra, Sweden.
