Introducing the STABILO’s move easy ergo mechanical pencil designed specifically for children when they start learning to write.

In 2003 STABILO proudly launched their revolutionary rollerball, the’s move easy. This unique looking pen had been designed with children in mind to help them improve their handwriting. With different versions for right and left-handers, the ’s move easy’s curved shape reduced writing strain and promoted the correct grip for writing, and was praised by parents and teachers alike.

Four years later and STABILO are equally proud to announce a new product for the easy range. The STABILO’s move easy ergo is a true “Starter Pencil” for small children that helps them from the moment they begin to learn to write.

As most children in the UK learn to write first with pencil, graduating on to ink later, we realised it was necessary to introduce the ergonomic principles of the easy pen into a mechanical pencil.

Like its older brother, the ergo has different version for left and right-handers, and a soft moulded grip zone to encourage the recommended dynamic tripod grip. Its easy to use mechanism propels out an extra thick lead, which reduces breakages no matter how heavy handed a child is.
