Personal and Business Stationery
Hand written communications are set to be the next big celebrity trend, with style icons such as Sarah Jessica Parker declaring that letter writing on personalised stationery is this year’s hottest ‘must-do’ activity.
Latest survey results from leading personal stationery brand Basildon Bond show that 75% of respondents were either excited or intrigued when receiving a hand written letter. So why not make a loved one’s day by sending a personal message on Basildon Bond Pink Stationery? By doing so you will also help Basildon Bond raise money for a leading Breast Cancer charity. For each writing pad or pack of envelopes sold Basildon Bond will donate 10p to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Nearly 20% of all daily letters (Postwatch 2004) sent by the British public, are handwritten personal ones and 80% of respondents to the survey said they would like to receive hand-written letters more often.
So why are millions of UK adults rebelling against the instant messaging of text and email to adopt the latest trend amongst the rich and famous? It’s all about personal presentation and about showing you care by taking that extra bit of time to hand-write a message. In the survey 92% stated that the effort put into writing a letter made it a more pleasing form of communication. Personal stationery can also reflect your personality in the choice of paper, colour, ink and matching envelope.
So don’t wait until your annual thank you letter after Christmas, surprise a friend or relative today and support a good cause!
