1969 – "One Small Stick for Mankind"
Led Zeppelin started their first tour, The Beatles did their last performance, Richard Nixon became president of the USA and Neil Armstrong became the first man to walk on the Moon. But more importantly 1969 was the year that Mr. Pritt was born, and the world as we know it changed forever!
The inspiration for the Pritt stick came from Dr. Wolfgang Dierichs when he saw a young women applying lipstick. Small, handy and easy to apply accurately – the concept for the Pritt stick came to life! 40 years on, Pritt has taken many forms in various sizes and colours and it still remains the No.1 market leader.
