October 30th, 2009 New Fathers Get Better Paternity Leave
October 22nd, 2009Great news for all working mums and dads across the UK - the government has announced plans to extend paternity leave.
At the moment new fathers can take 2 weeks paid leave but changes taking effect on 3 April 2011 will mean they’re entitled to take 6 months leave, with 3 of those months being paid.
