Offer to make a cup of tea to those near you when you get up to put the kettle on<br /> 2. buy biscuits to go with said cup of tea<br /> 3. Smile - it makes everyone happier!</p> <p>Don'ts<br /> 1. If you have a loud or annoying ringtone on your mobile - turn it off!<br /> 2. Don't shout when talking on the phone<br /> 3.
